Data Services Include:
- Database Management- We can manage your current mailing list and keep it up to date making any neccessary additions, deletions, or changes.
- Merge- We can combine multiple lists and turn it into a single new clean list
- Purge- There are two options when it comes to a Purge:

One Per Person- We remove any exact duplicates that are found in the list. However, there can still be multiple people at one location. |
One Per Household- We remove all, but 1 Record per Address. This is done at random. |
- De-Duplicate- We have the capability to remove any duplicate people or addresses on your list
- National Change of Address- We run your current list against the NCOA database to check for address verification. Click Here to learn more about NCOA from USPS themselves.
- Presort- We use the most up to date technology to presort your mailings so save you money when it comes to your postage.
- Mailing Lists- We want to see you get successful results and as we said before we know that a good Mailing List is where that starts. With our combined experience, we work closely with you to get you the best Mailing List possible for your business. We are able to obtain Business, Consumer or Specialty Lists from trusted data sources we have worked with for years.
- Personalized Variable Data- Speak to the individual and not the crowd with personalized variable data. We have the capability to customize each of your mailing pieces with messages targetting each individual on your mailing list, creating a personalized effect in your direct mail communications.
